A major emphasis at Bethel Gospel Tabernacle is reaching out to the local community, with a heart and a mission for the poor, black men, and youth. This vision has grown from the guidance of Founder Harold Arrington and lives on in the stewardship of his son Pastor John Arrington.
The people who call Bethel Gospel Tabernacle their home church participate in outreaches to the poor, the disadvantaged, the homeless, the sick, the young, and the elderly in the city of Harvey. They also come together to share the gospel and the love of Christ to any who come to our doors.
Our pastor believes that God has ordained Bethel Gospel Tabernacle to be a testimony of his love in our community, our city and around the Chicagoland Area.
